Today's Forkardt Hardinge 16C collet is the result of over 100 years of experience in serving the needs of the machining industry.

The Forkardt Hardinge 16C Collet is manufactured to exacting standards from special alloy steel. Threads are heat treated and the body is spring tempered to assure accuracy and durability at low cost.

A wide range of standard sizes and shapes (and some not so standard) are available for off-the-shelf delivery. All collets are available in fractional sizes of round, hexagon and square to capacity. In addition, many round collets are stocked in metric, decimal, letter and number sizes. Most of the popular sizes of round serrated, taper hole and rectangular collets are available from stock.

Many collets include precision internal threads for the Forkardt Hardinge threaded positive stops.
