The Sure-Grip Expanding Collet System can be used on any Hardinge spindle as well as all other machines with A2-5, A2-6, and A2-8 spindles. When mounted on Forkardt Hardinge lathes, a Draw Collet is used. When mounted on ANSI and ISO A2 series spindles, a Draw Bar Adapter is used. The adapter is machined by the customer to fit the particular spindle's draw tube/bar.
